Data Cleanup

Find cities spelled or capitalized differently and merge them into one.

Check addresses on pending and queued deliveries: tidy formatting and flag ones the map can't find.

Rename a volunteer (new last name, typo) or merge two spellings of the same person everywhere.

Switch old deliveries from straight-line miles to driving miles from Orleans.
